- Typeform (booking and enquiry forms)
- WhatsApp and other messaging platforms
3. Eligibility
You must be of a suitable age to participate in football training sessions.
If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must provide consent for participation.
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
4. Code of Conduct
All players, parents, and guardians are expected to demonstrate respect, professionalism, and sportsmanship at all times.
Disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour toward coaches, players, staff, or facilities will not be tolerated.
Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal from the program without refund.
5. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe or direct bank transfer.
By booking sessions, you agree to:
- Pay the listed session fee
- Provide accurate payment information
- Complete payment within 48 hours of the scheduled training session (including applicable cancellation fees)
Failure to make payment within this timeframe will result in a 20% late fee added to the outstanding balance.
Continued non-payment may lead to forfeiture of your training position within the program.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made:
- On the same day as an afternoon or evening session, or
- After 6:00pm the night prior to a morning session
Will incur the full session fee.
We understand that genuine emergencies occur. Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of CD Football.
7. Attendance & Commitment
Consistent attendance is expected to ensure player development and maintain program standards.
Excessive absences without prior communication may result in removal from the program.
8. Damages & Responsibility
Players and/or parents/guardians may be held financially responsible for any excessive or intentional damage caused to equipment, facilities, or property during sessions.
Respect for training environments is expected at all times.
9. Field & Training Boundaries
To maintain a focused and distraction-free training environment, parents and spectators must remain outside designated training boundaries as directed by the coaches.
Failure to respect these boundaries may result in removal from the session and/or suspension from the program.
10. Media & Promotional Consent
By participating in the program, players and guardians consent to photography and video recordings during training sessions for promotional and marketing purposes.
If you do not wish to provide consent, please notify us in writing prior to participation.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and branding remain the property of CD Football.
This includes:
- Training programs and session plans
- Videos and photos
- Documents and resources
- Branding and logos
You may not:
- Copy materials for resale
- Redistribute content
- Share paid materials publicly
- Upload materials elsewhere
Personal use is permitted. Commercial use is not allowed without written permission.
12. Results Disclaimer
We make no guarantees regarding:
- Player performance outcomes
- Selection for teams or academies
- Skill development timelines
Results depend on individual effort, commitment, and circumstances.
Past results do not guarantee future results.
Coaching is educational and developmental only. It is not a guarantee of professional or competitive outcomes.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CD Football is not liable for:
- Injuries sustained during training (participants train at their own risk)
- Loss of personal belongings
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Weather-related cancellations or interruptions
Use of services is at your own risk. Participants are encouraged to have appropriate personal insurance.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our programs if:
- These Terms are violated
- The Code of Conduct is breached
- Payments fail or remain outstanding
- Misuse or abuse occurs
Termination may occur without prior notice.
15. Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy
At CD Football, we are committed to delivering a high-quality training experience.
If you are not satisfied with our service, we offer a money-back guarantee. Players and/or parents or guardians may request a refund, no questions asked.
Refund requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe following the session or service.
CD Football reserves the right to process refunds at its discretion and may request basic feedback to help improve our program.

Services and features may change at any time.
This includes:
